  Well at 8:40pm, I placed a $50 order online. At 9:12 it stated delivered, but I never got my food. I called at 9:50 and was told the app is 10 minutes fast. So, being a patient person, waited until 10:40 and called again. This time I was told that my food was never sent due to something havimg an issue on their end, so they wpuld have to remake it and it would be sent to me right away. At 11:40, I called yey again. This time they told me they cant make the food because its late and there is only one driver and its a lot of food. I explained that I have been waiting since 8:40 and now am being told I can't get what I ordered. So the rude lady told me they can make it again, but she already remade the order, but it would be a while. I asked is there an estimated ETA and she said no. I asked for a refund and she sighed and rudely said it will be in my account in 3 days. So we shall see. It used to be good and never had an issue with them for the 3 years I ordered from there, but this ended any future buisness with them. That place is a pizza trash.

  Literally ordered pizza at 9:03 said my pizza was delivered at 10:10 which was a lie! Called at 10:10 store said 10 more more minutes at 10:34 called & asked for a refund because I still hadn’t received my order!!!

  I've been ordering fairly regularly from this location since they've opened (around 10 times a year). There have only been 2 times the order was messed up. Once an item was missing and the other time I got someone else's order. Each time they fixed it right away.

  So, I have my daughter, my grandson, my sister, and my wife, and we decide to order dominoes. We ordered a Chicken bacon, ranch pizza. When it arrived it was a lot different from what I was used to. I called the manager Liz. She was very gracious and professional on the phone. She had explained to me that they did away with the old chicken, bacon, ranch, and the new style was more spicy and they had jalapeños. I told her that it wasn’t explained to me and I did not know that was a new flavor to the chicken bacon ranch pizza. She says don’t worry about it. I will make you one with the old recipe. That is great business. Liz, the manager really went above and beyond the call of duty! This is why Domino’s will always have my business. Not like Marcos that don’t accept old coupons or anything like that. Domino’s always comes through for you. We need more managers like Liz. Liz me and my family want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!❤️
