Number 1: the tall African American lady with a sleeve tattoo who was working on preparing the food we ordered needs to be reevaluate. She needs to calm down and ask for help. I had to place orders for 3 ppl. Now, mind you she is asking what I want but in a fast pace. I had added i wanted you know sour cream, cheese and lettuce but she walked away to staff making online orders. Never did she ask if I wanted anything else or nothing. She started wrapping it up and I told her I'm not done yet. Just for her to comment "you started at the end so I thought you were done". I told her no you didn't ask me "anything else". She continued to ask what I wanted 3 times as I'm trying to retrain my thoughts after her comments. I literally just told her whatever because I couldn't be specific with what I wanted with her because obviously she's being rude and did not care of her actions. We spent probably 50+ dollars.
Number 2 If you guys see all these people entering the restaurant please get more staff. Not just one person because obviously she couldn't handle it.

There was an issue with my online order I asked for no beans because I am allergic. There were beans everyone was nice and quickly remade my food. The bathroom could use some attention there were used feminine pads on the ground and no toilet paper. I have been here a few times typically it’s way cleaner than this.

After going to the one in st.john and dyer yeah these 2 are horrible but I been coming here and I have not had a issue with this one yet employees are great at far and the servings and service is great as well I rather drive a Lil longer and get better food and service I hope the stay this way.

I always get chipotle, but here I had the best and juiciest steak, portions, and freshness of vegetables I’ve ever had. The only thing that wasn’t completely fresh was the guac was a little darker (don’t fear it tho, it tasted good.) Did not have to wait, did not have toddler sized portions, didn’t have any issues with staff, or cleanliness of facility. Takes a lot for me to write a review about someplace, especially somewhere I go so often.

The staff was kind and helpful when I came in at 6pm with an order for my child with food allergies, along with 3 other meals.
We don't eat out often because it's difficult and makes me nervous. We were in a hurry and had to pick up food.
Even though it seemed like the employee was new, he knew to ask someone how to handle it, and they did a good job.
