Had to go inside and was still missing items from my order after they corrected it. Watch like crazy the workers here don’t care.

My recent experience was extremely disappointing and did not meet basic service expectations. I waited ten minutes for acknowledgment in an empty lobby, and another twenty minutes for my food. This timing was unacceptable.

After viewing the Arby's ads on TV, I decided to try the new steak nuggets. They were actually pretty good, but the portions were ridiculously small.
On the other hand, the store was very clean and tidy. The service was pretty good too.

Was excited to try the new steak and Mac bowl only to find it was unavailable at this location. But I could buy both separately which makes no sense whatsoever. Had to pay $4.29 for the smallest bowl made for a toddler of Mac and cheese and then almost $10 for 9 small steak pieces. I could have saved the price of the tiny bowl of Mac if they weren't so lazy to just sell the bowl they advertise on the app. So if you want the steak and mac bowl go to Illinois locations because the ones in Indiana are too lazy and sell them separately to cost you more money.
