  This is my favorite Dunkin location by far. They always get my order right and never give me someone else's order. Janette & her team always get me in and out with my morning coffee. They have their system down to a T!

  First the order was completely wrong. That's not even the worst part...... All the dounuts were stuck together. Who the hell serves food like this? This isn't the first time I've been here last time the coffee I got "Shaken Brown Sugar Espresso" was disgusting. Clearly the employees don't care about their jobs and aren't being held accountable. This place is a mess. Will be avoiding from now on.

  Hit or miss, sometimes I get amazing drinks, sometimes its not even drinkable. And for reference, I get drink menu items that are Dunkin recipes UNALTERED from the way its advertised... so why can't dunkin employees make a standard dunkin recipe consistently the same? Because nobody cares about the quality of the products they push out the window... unfortunately its the best location around the area so...

  This is the second time I've gone through the drive thru and this old lady, working the drive thru, was very rude to me! Sorry you have to work, but you need to find a different job. When you're rude to customers who are being nice and trying to help you, well that's Not acceptable behavior!!. The first time she was rude to me was just a few weeks ago. She was yelling at the other workers because she couldn't handle the drive thru, then she get pissy with me! When all I was trying to do was say, "Good Morning!!" What terrible behavior! Get rid of her or take her off drive thru! I didnt deserve getting a attitude when I was being nice and helpful! I dont come to get coffee and a side of attitude from a rude person!! I am very upset! These are not isolated incidents either. I have come several times and seen her yelling at coworker. You are not better then anyone else and dont get treat people that way! Or me this way! I dont need the 82 cent outside the drive thru window! So stick your attitude about it's private property and your 82 cent! Damn if you hadn't been rude, you might have heard me say that you should have someone come get this change! Have you ever heard of the saying "Treat people like you want to be treated!"? Do you want me to be rude to you? Or other people to be rude and nasty to you? Probably not!!!! No one wants someone to be rude to them when they come in to get coffee and a donut! This one is close to my house, but I'll drive to a different one instead! This ruined my good mood and my day! Thank you for your wonderful attitude!! Please do something about this! One more time and I'm going somewhere else. Plus I see I'm not the one complaining about her!!
