  Bridget (manager) was somewhat awesome. But I really feel bad for Bridget. A couple of her team members are extremely rude, disrespectful. After ordering online, my order was late. One team member became confrontational/combative for no apparent reason. Bridget never told the team member to stop, which was odd as a leader of management. This is by far the WORSE Chipotle I ever visited, I will never return to this location again.

  I’ve been to many Chipotle establishments and I must say I’m never let down. Food is always fresh and delicious. Customer service is always above satisfactory. No complaints my way!

  We waited 20 mins over our estimated wait time and everyone else was getting there food before us who had just walked in. Will not be visiting this location again.

  I went to this location on 3/19/2026 at 9:47pm. Riana is the person who rung me out. She got an attitude because I asked for 4 dressings for my 2 salads. She tells me you only get 2, I told her I need 4. When she went to put my food in the bag, she threw it in there. I let that slide. Once I went to get my pop I noticed she didn’t put my dressing in the bag. When I told her I need the dressings, again she threw them in the bag and one fell on the table. I asked her name and she said what do you need my name for and didn’t give it to me. I said no worries it’s on this receipt. All because I asked for 4 dressings. This is the second time they told me I can only get 1 dressings. If this is a policy, chipotle need to post that so customers will know that and not the employees making up their own rules.

  First time ordering and my order was wrong. The Chicken bowl I got hardly had any chicken in it, it was mostly rice beans and guacamole. Highly highly disappointed and do not recommend. There are other great authentic Mexican restaurants in the area, go there instead. I will not be wasting my money on them again. I called and got no answer and was basically ignored in the app.
