My latest attempt happened the same way and when asked why they clean the machine an hour and 15 minutes before they close, a woman came over the speaker and aggressively told me it takes an hour to clean so that’s why it’s not available. I’m not a manager but I would think you could schedule someone to work an hour after you close to take care of this. I’m done going to this location.

Gravy is watery anymore , chicken tenders are chicken nuggets. I know a lot of it isn’t their fault and coporate decisions , but it’s getting harder to justify going. ( I waited about thirty minutes with one other person in drive thru for this render )
