  Really poor service. The only option to order was a digital screen. After placing my order, I was informed (with no apology) that they couldn't make salads. I was given a refund, which I was told (again, without any apology) would take 72 hours. During this process, I witnessed another customer being told they couldn't make his chocolate frostee and was vanilla okay. He clearly preferred a flavoring and asked a couple of follow- on questions, to which the assistant manager finally said, "Well what DOES he want? I'm not a mind reader." If customers are going to be expected to place their orders digitally and no indication is made up front that items are not available, then I would at least expect management to compensate with courtesy for inconveniences which arise.

  If I take the mayonnaise off my sandwich why would I need to pay 50 cents for 1 sauce 😤 then I ordered no salt on my fries and they are overcooked and cold. The gremlin working behind counter telling me next time I have to pay because I asked for a refund if I can't get sauce for my sandwich... there won't be a next time I don't have to spend my money here. Yall have all these people behind counter with dirty tables in the dinning room make it make sense

  People don't eat there dirty employee was grabbing all the food with his hands. He wasn't wearing any gloves. Don't eat there , dirty employees don't care about the service
