What made it worse was the lack of acknowledgment or urgency at all. This turned into one of the worst service experiences I’ve had 🚫. When I finally grabbed the bag, she even pulled it back from me, which was unnecessary and unprofessional 😤. Honestly, situations like this show a need for better staff training and awareness.

I send my son inside to get the order. I notice a moment later it went dark inside the restaurant and he comes out 2 minutes later. He tells me the Indian woman behind the counter questioned him for coming in so late, And asked him if he had just gotten off work he’s 13! They tell him they’re out of French fries and instead of giving him the cup for a fountain drink they gave him 2 bottles of water and no ranch. They gave him the greasiest chicken patty on a bun and gave him a side of teriyaki instead of mild sauce. I ordered online so no I didn’t see the closing time as I was able to place the order! This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at Wingstop. I will 100% be going back In the morning before I get back on the road to get my refund. What terrible service!
