  We ate outside which was nice. Although windy but it was still worthwhile. Ordered number 1 with Mr. Pibb. That definitely filled me up for the day. Thank you Rally's for the amazing service.

  I was checking to see if there were any rewards I could use and there was a reward for $3 off of any size fry and the expiration date was the 24th but the restaurant was still open for this day because they don't close until 2:30 a.m. the reward did not apply upon checking out and when I realized I needed to cancel the order but there was no option to do so in the app even the phone number available to call the restaurant did not work no number shown to contact the company worked. I decided I would just drive to the location and request that the order be canceled the employees told me that they were not able to cancel the order because they did not have the technology or resources available to cancel the order essentially once the receipt for a mobile order is printed they can't do anything about how the order is fulfilled. I found this ridiculously absurd I have never of an order not being able to be canceled by a restaurant when there was no ability to cancel it in the restaurants app. I am in a very bad financial situation and that is why I needed the reward to even afford the item. now I have less money in the bank and I have to report it as fraud to my bank to get that money back as soon as possible.

  Had a big order they did not mess it up so koodos on that it was just a normal burger joint nothing extra special the fries were very good though 😋 not much atmosphere
