  Placed my food orders in the mobile app. Came inside to pick up my order and upon entering, it almost felt like a zoo in there with their employees goofing around and talking really loud in front of a few customers waiting. The customer service was meh. The male cashier wasn't paying much attention when I asked for both orders nor thank me for my business as it should be. The food was just okay. Small amounts of servings for the price paid. My suggestion is please don't goof around in front of your customers, it makes your establishment look very unprofessional. Not sure if I'll be returning to this location for a while!

  I paid online for food that was never made after I waited 45 minutes I asked for a refund they want unable to refund my money apparently someone lied because the store manager said I received my food

  This is the only pizza hut in NorthWest Indiana region next to Hobart, it closed & finally came back, but Now that I understand why it closed in the first place. The pizzas I ordered, seriously had little to no sauce on them! Very disappointing. The deal on TV was Large pizza, any toppings for $10 in the app. Sounds great, but very disappointing pizzas. I would have been more satisfied going to Little Caesars for half of the price. You have to be a pizza hut enthusiast to even want to eat pizza Hut in NorthWest Indiana. Down state in Lafayette has a way better Pizza Hut with a dine-in and fresh salad bar open. I would not be coming back to this location.
