  dont waste your time with curbside. Wasted money on a tip for someone to not even do their job. Placed an order on 4/20/26 and waited 30+ minutes for nobody to come outside. I eventually got so upset that i was being ignored that i ended up going to sub wayacross the street. Still havent even gotten the refund for that order and its been over 3 days. My bank says they dont even have it processing which means they never even initiated a refund. Had to pay 16$ for an order i never even got. I used to work at the jimmy johns in highland and the amount of times a sandwhich is made wrong is crazy, And guess what they do with it? they throw it away. So why the heck am i still being charged for a sandwhich that they just threw away like every other incorrect order? Crazy.

  Service was friendly and efficient. I got the toasted chicken bacon ranch sandwich and it was very tasty.

  I usually have great service here. However, today after I ordered, I overheard a worker saying there was “too much shit” in a sandwich. I’m not sure if they were talking about my food, but regardless, you shouldn’t be complaining about a customer’s food. If you do, at least be quiet so customers can’t hear it. Complaining about a paying customer who is spending their money is wrong and honestly makes me not want to order here again.

  Poor customer service, sandwiches subpar compared to other franchised location. The manager, Eric does not value customer feedback or accommodations. Will be taking our Teams business else where .

  Place is horrendously managed, employees have attitudes. Especially Eric who literally accused me of lying because their driver can't get food to the correct address. Never apologized for their screw ups, I'd say horrible customer service but let's face it, they have NONE! Do yourself a favor, find another location to go to!
