    WORST WENDY'S IN THE WHOLE ENTIRE HAMMOND INDIANA!!!!!!!!! OMG FROM THE EMPLOYEES HERE TO THE MANAGER WHO IS ALWAYS HERE BUT NEVER DOES HER JOB RIGHT AT ALL. IVE ALREADY CALLED CORPORATE OFFICE ON THIS PLACE BUT OBVIOUSLY CORPORATE DOESN'T CARE AT ALL. THEY ARE ALWAYS SERVING UNDERCOOKED FOOD.. EITHER IT'S EXTREMELY OLD OR EXTREMELY UNDERCOOKED. THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO CHARGE FOR EXTRA SAUCE LIKE REALLY!?!? THEY CAN'T EVEN MAKE THE FOOD RIGHT. I HATE THIS PLACE!!!! I TRAVEL ALL THE WAY TO THE OTHER WENDY'S WHICH IS FAR OUT OF MY WAY JUST TO AVOID THIS PLACE.     Usually the food is always hot today everything was cold my fries were cold and my Baconator was cold. Also looks like 2 singles and it did not look like this yesterday. 9:15 p.m. Thursday 12-19-25

    around late evening went to wendy's located on kennedy avenue near the welcome center and can honestly say they have the most friendly, doting and very efficient staff, they all work as a team and are a joy to speak to and the manager runs a good crew, 11/2/2025, evening shift, and are very impressive and to the owners of this particular wendy's which is our favorite having a crew like this is so refreshing and makes customers return and of course the food was prepared perfectly

    Baconator was room temperature. Fries overcooked and not very hot. Washroom had no TP. I could not get the staffs attention. Was going to order a coffee to go. Staff did not even look at the front counter.
