    Placed a mobile order. At first impression, the lady taking my order at the first window was very sweet. The lady at the second window also very sweet, she read off my entire order correct before handing me my bag so I didn’t bother checking the bag to ensure I had everything I ordered. I drove home 15 minutes, opened my bag and was missing 2 McDoubles. Drove back another 15 minutes to get my McDoubles. The lady at the first window understood but refused to accommodate with a small coke. “I don’t care I’m off in 3 mins anyway.” and had an attitude when I said I’ll ask for a small coke at the second window “man you holding up my line!” and slammed the window. Got to the second window, the Lady at the second window was nice, and checked with the manager to make sure I can get a free coke. While waiting, the lady at the first window walked to the second window, looked at me, gave me a dirty look, and yelled “I GAVE HIM HIS TWO SANDWICHES ALREADY!!” The lady at the second window gave me a free Medium Coke. So close to giving a 5 star but my time/gas was wasted, felt like an idiot for asking for a small coke for the inconvenience, plus the attitude from the first lady and her walking up to the second window was completely unnecessary. Disappointed is an understatement. Happened on 11/23. Mobile Order placed at 12:02am, picked up around 12:15am, arrived back at 12:50am, and finally got my sandwiches and free coke at 1am.

    Always rude people. Sat in drive thru lane for a long tune. Other lanes had 7 people go thru before they helped us.

    The lady that take order on drive through is so rude her name is miss lisa she is rude and keeps saying to everybody she cant hear well if u cant hear don’t work in drive through and she didn’t even want to take my order please fire this lady she don’t want to work don’t work their

    0/10! I understand that it’s halloween but it’s not thanksgiving there is over 8 employees working ON THE CLOCK, and i’ve waited over 45min for 10piece nugget and fries. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Fast food? I don’t think so. The manager needs better training on how to run shifts.

    I went in to order my food. After waiting a few minutes at the register I ask a employee if someone was going to take me order or do I need to use the kiosk and he replied "It'll be faster if you use the kiosk." I was a little surprised at the response, but went ahead and used it. Because I wanted to pay in cash, I was then instructed to see the cashier to pay. Meanwhile, there is a family waiting to pay with cash as well. After waiting several minutes, I had to call out to get someone's attention to help the 2 other customer ahead of me trying to pay with cash. After spending almost 30 minutes waiting on 1 kids cheeseburger happy meal with fries, I finally get it, but with out a cup. Once again I had to flag someone down for a cup. Finally getting the food and back on the road, my child said to me this burger tastes bad, so I try it. I don't know what they did to that burger, but the amount of salt on it was disgusting. I ended up just stopping at Wendy's because the food was so bad. Never again
