Yesterday I watched the woman on the line in the kitchen walk around and talk instead of making the DoorDash order I waited 20 minutes for. Please tell me how it took 20 minutes to get out an order that consisted on 2 cheeseburgers and a small fry in an empty restaurant?! Night shift workers refuse to even make the DoorDash orders. Literally wasting my time coming to the resultant. If the order goes through it should be made, period. The overnight manager needs additional training in customer service.
