Poor customer service, sandwiches subpar compared to other franchised location. The manager, Eric does not value customer feedback or accommodations. Will be taking our Teams business else where .

Place is horrendously managed, employees have attitudes. Especially Eric who literally accused me of lying because their driver can't get food to the correct address. Never apologized for their screw ups, I'd say horrible customer service but let's face it, they have NONE! Do yourself a favor, find another location to go to!

Have tried to order 20 subs a few different times giving them 1-2 hours to make and pick up. Every time they say they don't have bread. I truly just think they are lazy. I even put a 25% tip on the big order. Ya it is a big order but damn get your bread up and make that bread.
