My medium well steak was completely charred on the outside but absolutely raw on the inside. Even after they had cooked it longer it still was not medium well! They weren’t even that busy. We also were served a drink with a nat swimming around in it! A complete disappointment. Will never eat here again.

Our waitresses wasn't very helpful but another staff member assisted with questions. Went to celebrate a birthday, ordered appetizer and was disappointed with them, lump crab cake (one), and oysters rocket fella (a bit undercooked), so we paid the tab and left.
