It doesn’t matter if I use the app or not, my coffee tastes great! If I go to another location, and use the app, my coffee is terrible. If I don’t use the app, at any other location, it’s guaranteed to be terrible. I guess the other locations have different definitions of extra sugar, or they measure it differently. The people that work at this location are extremely nice too. I forgot my wallet once, panicked, and told them that I’d be right back. When I came back, I was told that I didn’t have to do that, and I could’ve paid them the next time. You don’t find that at many businesses nowadays.

Usually, it’s fine, but today I had a really disappointing experience. The coffee tasted watered down, and when I politely asked for it to be remade, I basically got the same thing again. When I pointed it out, the staff member dismissed my concern by saying they sell a thousand coffees a day without complaints, implying my feedback didn’t matter. I understand they were busy, but that doesn’t mean my issue should be treated like it’s insignificant. Every customer’s experience matters, and a respectful response goes a long way. I really hope they take customer feedback more seriously and ensure that their quality is consistent.
