I said, "no, we're coming in to eat," and he said, "oh OK." Then closes the door right on front of us!!! When I got in, I said "oh, I thought you would help us by opening the door," and dude looked at us and the woman in the wheelchair and said,'uh, no!" There are no words to describe the lack of self awareness and mindfulness this guy had, bor the female employee, and manager who all looked at us with annoyance. Be careful going in with a customer in a wheelchair!

However, I occasionally stop by this location because it's nearby and convenient. Unfortunately, there's an older man there—probably of Indian descent, judging by his accent—who doesn’t seem happy to be working. He essentially told me he works there. At first, he couldn’t find my online order, even after I showed him four pictures of the order, the order number, and my bank charge. He didn’t bother to look at them and said it was the wrong store. It wasn’t until another employee looked for it that the order was found. Additionally, another customer was charged $15 instead of $5 for a promo cup, and when she asked why, the man said, "I don’t know, if you don’t want it, you can leave it there," implying he doesn’t really care about his job. If you see him, I recommend avoiding this location to escape poor service.
