After a few minutes a customer before me walked in with a pizza box and told the staff this wasn't his order. They had given him my pizza. The staff took it back from the customer and handed it to me as if they say there you go, here it is. They wanted me to take a pizza that had already left the building and gone with another guest and had been opened and inspected. I asked for another one and got some attitude back. At that point I didn't trust them to make a new pizza and they fought me on a refund so I just disputed the charge on my credit card.
