  I have been to this dairy queen plenty of times and had a great experience, but after tonight I will not return. In the drive thru (& the lobby was closed) around 8pm on 2-11-26, I was in the process of ordering food and drinks. I wanted the same drink I ALWAYS GET which is a sprite and fruit punch mixed. But tonight the very rude man who said his name is Sam told me NO!! I can't get the sprite and fruit punch mixed like I ALWAYS GET unless I come into the lobby and then smirked and said but the lobby is closed. I don't know what his issue was but I've never been treated like this. I've didn't plenty of money at DQ and they just lost a valued customer due to his rudeness. Do better with the people working the drive thru!!

  Was given great customer service from multiple employees and the manager herself. The food was also very fresh and hot. Had a great meal with my 2 brothers 😁

  Im in the restaurant typing this right now . I bring my daughter here all the time. This time in particular she wanted a blue slushy. I ordered her tenders and a blue slushy. We sit and wait for our food. The server brings the food and my daughter takes a sip of the blue drink and says she doesn’t like it. I realized that it wasn’t a slushy instead it was a blue frozen ice cream drink. I take the drink back to the counter and the cashier/server says she has to ask her manager if she can make us the right drink . I leave the WRONG drink with her and go and sit back down. The manager comes to me and my daughters table and proceeds to tell me that there is nothing they can do about this drink because my 9year old took a sip out of it. He didn’t want to give me my money back or the right drink until I raised my voice . He really argued with me over a 3$ drink. Customer serious was terrible and me and my daughter have been here about 6times in the past 6months. We won’t be back.
