The food was nice the atmosphere was nice but the best part was our server Brian. He was awesome. If you need a quick getaway and a grown up atmosphere. I will return again.

On a Saturday evening, i placed an order for pick up around 8:15pm. The configuration started the order will be ready at 8:30. I arrived at 8:30. One young woman said my order was not ready and she would go to the back to check, she never returned. Around 8:40, a second young woman said she would go check and didn't return until 8:50. When she returned she looked at me as if she had no idea why I was there. Clearly she forgot to go "check on my food". Eventually she found my food and sent me in my way. The food was also cold so i believe it was sitting there the whole time i was there. There was a line of online orders that made it out the door and the phones rang the whole time with no answer. This place needs to get out together and fix the customer service or staffing issue.

The food came out cold had to return the food in just for the second time it still being cold and as we allow the second time to come back cold just to turn around for the food to be cold and old too like dried out

Terrible, I made an online order and went there to pick it up, they asked me my name and told me it wasn’t ready yet and she would look so I sat down. She left and someone else came up 15 minutes later and asked what I needed and she also told me it wasn’t ready yet. 40 minutes later the original girl who was at the front desk finally comes back with a guy and he said they didn’t have the order on there end all they had was my name and that I didn’t pay. I proceeded to show him my confirmation email with my order details and that said I paid along with the charge coming out of my account. He still proceeded to tell me there was nothing he could do about it and I would have to pay more money to buy it there. Absolutely ridiculous, I waited an hour for them to tell me they can’t give me my food even tho I paid. It’s been two full days and I still haven’t gotten my money back! It’s now been three days and it doesn’t say pending anymore so they took my money and refused to give me my food even tho I had proof of my order and proof that I paid. The money cleared and they took it!

Went n here with my lil one as it was my birthday. Waited about 12 minutes for my food for it to b cold. Not room temperature..... Cold!!! Order 10 piece buffalo wings n fries . Rico offered to bring carrots n celery...we have yet to receive them. Got my lil 1 10 piece boneless n fries completely cold... Sooo better Buffalo Wild wings...,..count your Days. I'm definitely done.
