Server took 30 mins to take payment. Spoke with the manager and he did not give any care. I totally understand there’s two big football games on tonight but absolutely uncalled for! We will not be back to this location!

That should have been thrown out then I called waited 10 mins for someone to answer then they hung up on me I called back asked for corporate number the lady said one min never came back to the phone and our food was cold!!

He set an exemplary standard for what it means to be a server in general and more importantly a host of the Buffalo Wild Wings Franchise. Rico has easily set the Hammond Indiana location as a family favorite. When we do return we hope to seek Rico as out server.
- RDregina duncanDec 18, 20255.0We had a group of about 35 people on a Friday night. Appetizers were ordered, paid for, and time arranged for them to be brought out. Serving trays and utensils were set out , ready for self service. In addition, we could make individual orders and buy beverages. Rico and Malachi were superb . They cheerfully handled everything and cleaned up as needed, even took pictures for us. They were worth every bit of the gratuity and extra tips . Please give them extra thanks From Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Alpha Sigma Sigma Chapter. Regina Duncan, Fellowship Committee Chairperson.
