  I placed an online order for pick up and it said my food would be ready in 30 minutes. I got to the location 5 minutes early and was told it would only be a few more. Okay, no worries... 30 minutes later my order was still nowhere to be found. I was just about to ask for a refund and go somewhere else when miraculously my order came to the counter. I headed back to the hotel (2 minute drive) to finally eat only to find that my food was already cold. The wings were cold, the fries were luke warm at best. The only thing that didn't feel like it had been sitting out for 30 minutes was the sandwich, that only felt like it had been sitting out for 20 minutes. The place wasn't even busy, MAYBE half capacity, so I have a hard time understanding why I waited an hour for food I would need to microwave anyway. The only reason for two stars is because they got my order right and the food tasted alright after I reheated it. 2/10 experience, would not recommend.

  Food is fine. It’s a bit too loud in there, hard to have a normal volume conversation. Service was just ok. Server wasn’t checking on us which is an issue cause we did need a few things.

  Everything about this place i love im a regular im only giving it 3 stars cause of the biasness of the touch tunes playlist. Its nothing but Mexican music and rock music but they block out all the African American artists i tried to play drake and most of his stuff is blocked out i go to Morgan wallan and he doesn’t have 1 song blocked out it sucks i can’t come in here and listen to good music

  Trying to redeem rewards is a joke. Website coordinates with the local store on a very poor level, they cannot convert your earned points into a new order. The rewards program is nothing but a pure scam. Buy your wings from a different restaurant. More garbage services from a chain that is losing their way. Looking forward to seeing these restaurants closing down due to thier lack of interest in customer satisfaction.

  to-go order: i ordered a large potato wedge. what i received was a small order ofpotato wedges in a large box. this is the 3rd time this bdubs location did this. despite their offer of driving back to the restaurant with the small wedges in exchage for a large wedge, gas is not cheap. they gave me alot of ranch, so that was a plus.
