  It is absolute madness to come here or to order takeout. We have placed several orders for the hospital where we work, and the orders are *always* wrong. We called early to report the issue with our order; they told me I had to bring the food back, so I did—and now they’ve kept me waiting for 50 minutes (and counting) just to remake the order, even though the manager has come over to speak with me three times already. I really don't understand it, especially since I brought the food back completely intact—we didn't even open it once we spotted the error on the receipt.

  Arrived to pick up an online order. First I was asked if it was under a different name. Upon showing the order I was then told my order was given out by mistake. Order placed at 9:46. Pickup time 10:40. Wasn't actually given my order until after 11pm. Restaurant wasn't very busy either. 90 minutes for 40 wings is pretty bad 👎

  The GM Missy / Des IS THE RUDEST MANGER I EVER DEALT WITH I WOULD NEVER COME BACK TO THE HAMMOND LOCATION THE WAY SHE TALK TO THE CUSTOMER IS RUDE & HAVE NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERIVCE !!!!

  My Johnson is bigger than these portions. And thats id saying a lot because my Johnson is small. 10 wings fit on my hand, and I got small hands. Large fries look like a McDonald's happy meal portion. Do better goodness gracious

  It has been a long time since I have been to a BW3 and I wasn't the biggest fan. Well the food here was outstanding, and the service was outstanding. This was with a group of 30 as well, definitely recommended.
