  I absolutely love Taco Bell. Especially this location. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming, and I definitely understand rushes…. But uh… my Spicy potato soft taco was more talk than oh…. It sounded great at first but when I looked at it, I was definitely disappointed… there’s wasn’t hardly much on it, and agin i understand rushes, it gets busy. But idk… it’s still tasty nonetheless!

  This place and its employees are a disgrace to our community. They treat people with disrespect and don’t ever want to do thier jobs. They are forcing the kiosk cause they don’t wanna take orders. They would rather stand around and talk about thier dating life. So we called the manager to rectify the extremely bad service and she continues to disrespect me on the phone and kept saying there is nothing she can do. She took my number and my dad’s name down so we shall see if the DM calls. They also got the order wrong BIG SUPRISE LMAO

  Always has a problem. Drive through never works. Workers don’t want to work don’t waste your time. Go to Indianapolis Boulevard.

  I live close so I come here a lot but I try to avoid coming before 3/4pm now. There’s an older black lady manager that is extremely rude for absolutely no reason. I’m pretty sure she works the opening shift. I walked in today to use the kiosk and she just stared at me like she was upset I was there because of the snow?? lol idk I try to use the kiosk because I know how annoying a modified order in the drive thru but she makes me not want to come inside! If I ask her a question she’s super snippy and short. Every single time I come and she is there it never fails that she is rude to me. I always leave wondering if she knows me personally and if I did something to her or what but I think she’s just a rude individual. My girlfriend also has experienced the same thing. I don’t have a problem with my food when I go. It’s just her. Now when I go there and see her I just leave. I was a shift lead at Taco Bell for 3 years and an agm for another 2 years so like I get it. I hated my job too but I didn’t take it out on the customers.
