  Couldn’t be more disappointed and I don’t even like subway. My fiancé wanted a subway sandwich so I offered to get it. I made a mobile order with his meal and a drink for me and arrived 10 minutes after making the order (so you’d think it’d be done.. right?). I said I had a mobile order and she didn’t see it or didn’t believe me.. idk so I brought my phone in and proved it. Had the address correct, said I’d paid already, what was on my order, should’ve been plenty. She looked at it and told me I didn’t order it even though it’d said I paid.. okay. So she grabs the other girl and just as confused they start grabbing tablets and trying to find it. Here’s the thing: I already proved I ordered. Make it. They go back and forth for about 20 minutes while I watch them take other customers orders and those customers leave. One girl said multiple times that she thinks they should just make my order, while the other girl kept saying no and telling her “it’s not here because she didn’t even order it”. Interesting for a minimum wage job’s employees to be judging how much money grown ups make. They finally go to make my order (1 sandwich was all they had to make!!!!!) and I grab the bag of chips and start to fill the drinks and she comes over and asks “you didn’t pay for 2 drinks, did you?” and when I said yes didn’t seem to believe me 😂 I’m sorry but for like $8 an hour yall take this job way too seriously for a sandwich that my fiancé said was disgusting.

  I order a sandwich and there was a piece of of plastic in there. I asked for Italian bread and they gave me white bread. I won’t be ordering from here ever again. Especially for the sandwich’s to be so expensive now
