  Thought I would give breakfast a try. 100% not worth it! Took forever to get served, forgot items from order (not first time this has happened) and the price for what you actually get for the meal is ridiculous. Better off somewhere else.

  Came in for breakfast, got yelled at by the employee saying they’re transitioning to lunch since they’re short staffed and no longer have breakfast. Employee who works here is rude, this is the second time going to this Wendy’s. My husband wanted to give this place a second chance. But no, we just left because of the employee attitude.

  Im not against LGBTQ but when im in my car relaxing trying to enjoy my food and I look up and see two of the male workers feeling on each other and then one minute later one of the guys put his hands in his pants messing with your privates then went back to fixing people's food... like how are you gonna just stand right there doing that smh. On top of that the place was dirty and no toilet paper in the restroom

  I gave the young black man at the window five stars since he was so busy that I was unable to ask him for his name. His customer service is excellent; I have never seen or experienced it at a fast food restaurant. Keep it up; you're going somewhere with that lovely smile and positive attitude. Your vibe is everything!I was astounded! I was there between 8:05pm and 8:15pm.

  If you can go to any other Wendy’s on the South Side, it’s worth the drive to save you the headache of going to this one. The floors are always sticky. It’s always understaffed and takes forever for them to fulfill your order (drive thru or walk-in, it doesn’t matter, you’ll be waiting at least 15mins).. and most of the time they’ll get your order wrong or don’t have what you want. I always hope we’ll be surprised with better service when we go or maybe we’ll luck out and have a better experience, and I’m always disappointed (like today, they got our order wrong yet again, after waiting for it for 30minutes). It’s almost comical at this point how unprofessional and exhausting ordering from this location is. Leaving this review in hopes they’ll see people are noticing and are over it. We would appreciate that they do better, but until then we’ll have to go elsewhere I guess.
