  This is a review for Doordash drivers mostly. This place is OK, not the fastest but not the slowest either. The customer service isn't great but that seems to be all fast food nowadays. Some of the workers have bad attitudes and act like you're bothering them just by doing your job, but again, that's most fast food places now so what are you going to do? This place does some strange stuff though which is why I'm even reviewing it. They're in Greenwood, hardly a high crime area..... but for some reason....... they lock the bathrooms at a certain point in the evenings, even when the lobby is open. It's just odd, no other place I go to does that. I mean are junkies shooting up in there or something? I grew up literally across the street and I know the area has changed but is it really so bad that they have to lock the bathroom doors like it's a gas station in a bad part of town? They also do this bizarre thing where when you go in to pick up a Doordash order they'll ask you the name.... Which I get, they want to make sure you're not stealing an order so they want to make sure it's actually your order, cool. But....right after you tell them the customer's name.... they then ask to see your phone to confirm the name. They do this every time. First....why ask me the customer's name if you're just going to ask to see my phone? Just ask to see my phone and skip making me tell you the name twice. Second... If I tell you the customer's name how in the world would I know that that if it wasn't my order? Do they think I'm just really good at guessing the names on random Doordash orders? It's just weird and annoying that they do that every single time. Why ask the name then ask to see my phone, lol? It has to be a manager's policy because no other TB does that and like I said it's just baffling to me that they do that. Totally redundant asking the name then asking to see the name on the phone. Anyway, it's a TB. The workers are going to ignore you and act like you're putting them out by doing your job.

  I ORDERED ONLINE I WAITIED 10MINS BEFORE GOING, AND FOOD STILL WASN'T READY THEY CLAIMED THEY DIDN'T GET THE ORDER AS SOON AS I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH COPERTATE OFFICE THEN THATS WHEN ALL OF A SUDDEN THE ORDER WAS PLACED AND MADE. THE LEADER IGNORED ME ON PURPOSE IN STEAD OF HER TRYING TO FIGUTRE OUT MY ORDER AND HELP ME SHE JUST KEPT TAKING OTHER PEOPLE ORDERS OVER MINE OR EVEN TALKING TO ME I DON'T REOCMMENT THAT TOCA BELL

  My favorite Taco Bell location. My order is always correct and fresh. I always see the same staff in here and they are super friendly!

  I haven't even tasted my food yet, but my bill was $5.97 and I gave them a $20. I got a $5 bill and 5 ones. I think she gave me a $1 in place of a $5. I went thru the drive thru so couldn't prove what she gave me... I know alot of people are dishonest, but I am not one of them! I also ordered the quest dip. It was beans with shredded cheese, sour creme and tomatoes on top. I thought quest was cheese.
