  This place can’t get their tortilla chips right. Way too greasy. They shine with grease. We walked out on 3-21-26

  The Worst!! My wife and I went to the Castleton location many times before it closed. Castleton always had good food, Geenwood location does NOT. The waitress was friendly enough but had no knowledge of the food served there. Limited menu, couldn't order a basic (Mexican) burrito unless it's during lunch. Long time to get food with few dine in customers, food served COLD. Big chicken burrito had large cubes of ck, (not shredded )in greasy undercooked burrito wrap. Ordered two ranchalota's , I ate a cold cheese side and choked down a piece of my steak cuz I was starving, left the rest. Horrible food quality. My wife couldn't eat more than a piece of it was so salty and tough. When she brought the issues to manager attention, got the impression this is an ongoing problem or not first time. She was very professional and apologetic. Party of 5, 3 Left hungry.

  I got the Gran Papi because it looked tasty and it was very tasty. Definitely check it out.
