  This is my second time trying to give this McDonald’s a chance. First time ask for a double cheeseburger, no pickle, no mustard, no cheese and everything that I asked for was on that burger. Second time asked for a McChicken fresh out the grease and politely stated I will wait for it. If I have to. It’s not a problem waited five minutes meal comes to me Warm, not hot as I asked for it. So they had me wait for the same Food sitting in the trays. Not to mention when ordering the food when I asked for it fresh the guy act like he couldn’t hear me or understand what I was talking about. Never again

  The lady who might be the manager is such a rude I went their to pick the doordash order and she told me to pull forward then I was waiting at the Pick up 1 waited for almost 10 min and their was a car in front of me at the pick up 2nd then I thought to move forward may be they are giving the order from the next window and they she came and start yelling at me she need to learn some manners how to treat people.

  This is easily one of the worst-run McDonald’s locations I’ve been to. They consistently get orders wrong, and when they do, no one seems to care. On my last visit, I sat waiting for 20 minutes before going inside, only to be told my order had already been brought out—which was completely untrue. When I finally got my food, it was cold, and the fries were hard like they’d been reheated. The staff was rude and acted inconvenienced that I even asked about my order. There’s zero accountability here, and it shows. If you value your time or want food that’s actually fresh, skip this location. I won’t be back.

  I asked for a strawberry shake, which was 90% vanilla. I asked what was wrong with the machine. I was told that's the way it came out. I said if it isn't strawberry, I want a refund. I said, I'll just go to the other McDonalds, because they always give me the correct shake. Another so-called Mgr. went back after mouthing off and said here. She had a strawberry shake. The attitudes of these 2 so-called mgrs was rediculous. They were having too much fun and honked off ,because I wanted strawberry and not vanilla. Poor customer service!!

  I don’t leave negative reviews unless it’s really bad. This McDonalds SUCKS! They maybe get 2 outta 10 orders completely correct, they always forget items. They weren’t even busy and it took forever to get my food even though I preordered it 10 minutes before I got there, and still I was missing items. How hard is it to read an order board and check the bags to make sure everything is there and correct. Fast food workers think they deserve more money, we’ll prove it and earn it…..
