  I went in there to order 2 shakes. I was very specific peanut butter chocolate with whipped cream. I got back to work, and there was bananas, and I don't know what else in there. The little girl at the front counter acted like she hated being there or she didn't like her job when I picked up the shakes from the counter one of them busted open because the lid wouldn't put on there correctly, it spilled all over the counter.My arm and the floor and when I asked her for napkins you'd think that I just asked her for her firstborn child... didn't offer to help watch me while I cleaned it off my arm the counter and the floor and said nothing... I work in the food industry and if that was one of my employees, I would be completely upset and embarrassed and they would probably end up with a write up for treating a customer that way... there was a young man in there. When I went back to get my shake replaced, that was pleasant, but that little girl rolled her eyes. At me and acted like again like I had done something completely wrong to her and I was her worst enemy, I get having a bad day, it happens but when you are a customer based restaurant or anything, you don't let their first and last impression end up like this...

  Five guys has always been my favorite and I was so glad to have one down the street from us. But after today, nah, I can make better fries at home. Even after telling the staff, twice that the fries were burnt and full of salt, the first girl ignored me and the cook gave us the same crap. Look online or in the restaurant at the photos of how the regular fries should look, this is a disgrace.

  I like that you can build your own burger plus more French fries than you could ever eat. Only one big down side, it's very expensive. The burgers are very high quality.

  women at register had a lovely attitude was so kind, and helped with understanding the menu. the staff were so kind hearted and upbeat, and made it a good time while enjoying our food. -group of 2 women and teenager

  I went to pick up Doordash order from store and The old lady she refuse to give me order when I ask why she simply say she will not give order to me meanwhile other staff were trying to give me order but she took the order and say NO and ask me to leave. Well I was there to pick up order which your resturant put online and it is not a private property that I can not go inside. She simply being racist. That why quite insulted and rude I confirm the order and drove all way to pick the order. That is not a way to refuse to give order without any reason. It is waste of time for me. Next time if you or maybe only her do not want give READY order to dasher so let us know in advance so Dasher do jot waste their time and do not feel insulted in front of all.
