I called and held for 22 minutes while no one picked up the phone. I then went to pick up my food that I had ordered online and it was cool. I asked for my fries to be remade and was told sure give me just a few minutes 10 minutes later, I asked if the fries have been dropped and they have not guys are standing around, staring at their cell phone, not helping customers. They clearly have a problem with poor management.

Customer service is horrible i think serving people greasy food is just bad the bag was full of grease.My order was not right i got Corbin water instead of getting my orange drink They were gonna get back in touch with me it never happened. I've been waiting for over 3 months for somebody to get back in touch with me. Evidently, the store does not have enough responsibility to take care of their customers.707 south Madison Ave 🙄 is the most horrible wing stop i've ever been to or had food from trulyI wouldn't have gave them no stores at all.Management customer service is garbage and the staff.
