- KEKristin Ellis5 days ago2.0We ordered Wingstop last Friday and ended up doing delivery through Doordash. Only half the order was delivered because the employees let the dasher take off with only half of the order, instead of telling them the order wasnt ready. We still had 29 wings in the order sitting at the store and ended up having to drive over there ourselves to get it. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed.

Also places weird sticky stuff on drink lids that are impossible to get off without leaving a sticky residue all over.

Upon arrival I walked into the store front where I was met by a female with glasses on, She took probably 2 minutes to turn around and greet me because she was chatting it up with a coworker. When she turned around she said... (what do you need?). I paused for a second to process the rudeness and then politely asked for my order. Since I called it in, she said that apparently someone came in and picked up. I said "well Its actually my order so can you go ahead and remake it?" She said (no you have to go back online and place another order). I got very upset and said nevermind... and asked "what the name of thier manager was" and she said (the manager isnt working tonight). I said "I dont care if your manager is here or not I would like thier name please". She turned back to her coworker and started talking in another language, Witch I thought was extremely rude also. Then she finally gave me the managers name (phargav). I exited the store and will never set foot back in it again. We went out for a nice little wing meal and by the time we left we didnt even want to try anywhere else. If your not happy at your job or your just not happy in life, then find a job that limits your interactions with people. Don't spread your hate and ruin other people's nice time...
