I received steak instead of beans in my burrito and when I went back to the place they said we are busy we don’t know how come that happened and the fries were hard as rock u can’t even chew them. Bad customer service and bad attitude of the staff working at this Taco Bell. I assume those people don’t know how to read the receipt when they start making the orders.

It was around 5:30 p.m., right in the middle of rush hour, but we decided to make the 40-minute drive anyway. The lady I spoke to on the phone was as sweet as can be — she said they’d wait to make our food till we got there just in case we hit traffic. When we walked in, they greeted us with smiles and jumped right on it like we were family walking through the door. The manager even came out to say she held off making it so everything would be fresh. They made our food perfect and even gave my whole crew free desserts for driving so far — and none of this was their fault! You just don’t see customer service like that anymore. This crew went above and beyond, and they deserve all the praise. 🌮💜
