- BPbella polleyJan 30, 20265.0we came friday night and they were backed up out the door with a full lobby of online orders waiting as well. they did the absolute best they could and never let the stress get to their attitudes. they got us our food as fast as they could and right before us they were wrapping up a (very) large online order and she came in, in front of us and demanded to cancel her order (they literally rushed it and it was done in front of her face) and she basically caused a scene. Anyways they were extremely professional and we told them they were doing so great and i just wanted to give them a good review because if i were them i would have been so frazzled and honestly probably rude to the customers so they’re awesome.
