Arrived right at the time that they said the order would be ready, to be told that they forgot to make one of the items and it would be 5 to 10 minutes and I could have a seat. I might have sat down except that there was a delivery driver occupying one table and other employees had their drinks, phones and personal items on the other table. While I waited to delivery drivers arrived back at the store and we're very animated and loud about a problem that they had with the delivery. Their conversation with the gentleman that appeared to be the manager was loud and animated and included swearing by the manager. I finally got my order after 10 minutes with an apology from one of the employees. The food was fine as you would expect coming from Pizza Hut but the end store experience was less than desirable. The employee who brought me my order without any offer to make up for my lost time went and helped herself to a soda out of the fridge right after she gave me my food.
