    I am a door dasher and was here to pick up order which wasn't even started. The female employee had her children in the kitchen while in the clock. Then She proceeded to talk about how sick they are and how bad of a cough they have. Meanwhile the kids are touching everything including dough all the prep area. Very disgusting and unprofessional. I would never order a pizza from EVER!!!

    If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t even bother. Was told the lobby was closed when I got there. Waited an hour in the drive through. After being told my pizza wasn’t ready and I should go back through in a few minutes. My pizza was basically cold by the time I even got to the window. Thanks for wasting my time.

    Sat in the pickup line for 20 minutes after being told my order was ready. 5 of which was sitting at the window and nobody came to check on me. The guy inside would glance o er byt nothing was said or done. I finally got my order about 30 minutes after being told it was ready on the app.

    I am very disappointed by delivery system i ordered pizza and papa john is 0.4 miles from my house i just ordered one veg pizza and it took more than 1 hour and till now it didn’t arrive I don’t know what is going on so from now i will never order anything from papa johs i am very frustrated

    First time doing pickup at this location. Pizza was amazing, service was great, and everything was correct for our order. Definitely some of the best pizza we’ve had in a while and would definitely order from here again…
