  this place has the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any establishment. I do customer service for a living and I understand it can be difficult but at the same time it’s so simple to just be nice. Whoever takes the orders at the drive-through speaker is by far the worst. every time I go there I’ll tell them. Hey I have a mobile order and they don’t even greet or say anything. They just say code. And then I give it to him and it’s just completely silent not pull to the next window or thanks, Have a good day. nothing

  Walked in to order. Noticed almost the entire staff had super long messy hair. Not a hair net in site. The girl who took our money had 10 inch bangs she had to move to the side of her face at least 5 times. If your not gonna wear a hair net it needs to at least be tied up. Will not be returning to this location ever again.

  While I understand the struggles and hardships customer service workers go through, these workers did not try to be nice in any way. As we ordered through the drive-thru, the man worker kept being silent and not responsive. Because we were confused, we kept saying “hello? are you there?” In response, the worker responded abruptly with a rude attitude saying to give them a minute. This happened three times in an order that could take 5 minutes (there was no busy line or a packed parking lot). There was also no “you’re welcome” to our thank yous (seems small but is a huge respectful and kind gesture that should not be overlooked by society). Then, while we got our food, the lady worker looked very mad (we can understand tough days so this one can be overlooked) while giving us our food. Again, we said thank you, but she just turned around and left. This short interaction with the workers kind of ruined my experience at McDonalds, a goated chain. As I got home with the mindset to at least enjoy the food, the fries were not salted and the food was burnt and poorly prepared.

  Fries were cold. Didn't receive everything we ordered initially. Hate that we have to wait behind 12 door dash drivers to get ketchup out drink refills
