  Usually good service/food but not always. They do try to make up for it by remaking the order,but its just one thing after another. How do you miss bacon on a bacon quarter pounder? And they don't always fill up your cups to the top usually about a half inch to an inch low.

  Worst McDonalds on the planet Earth. You'll be waiting 55 minutes for an order and they'll STILL forget half of it. The only time they dont mess everything up is in the mornings. Don't even bother going inside to see what's up cause they'll ignore your entirety. Or say "cool" & walk away. Smh.

  Waited for 30 minutes to pick up an online order and finally had to walk out because the kids were melting down in the car with my wife. 2 guys came and asked to get my order but I never saw either of them again. Finally went to Arby's and had food for the kids in 3 minutes.

  I ordered a triple cheeseburger plain which means nothing on it but cheese. So tell me why onions were on it like they cooked their burgers like white castle? Plain means plain! You get someone that god forbid allergic to onions and you're going to kill someone. Not to mention the next time I ordered lunch I ended up with a "sausage" burger. Really to dang lazy to check what meat you're putting on the grill. Come on they look nothing alike. Also to add giving diabetics fully loaded drinks instead of zero sugar. Once again going to kill someone. Smh. Get it together.

  Pretty bummed out after getting lunch here today. Husband had to go back in for missing items after being asked to pull up to a spot and wait for our food. In fact, in the 4 years I’ve lived close by and frequent the restaurant, I’ve noticed that each and every time we are asked to pull up and wait for our food in a marked parking spot our order doesn’t come out correct. Never, not once. However, it was sucky to get home and find that our items did not contain the monopoly pull tabs. We ordered specific items to be able to participate in the game and we never got the pieces. We will be back, because we love fast food but just thought I should share our experience.
