They weren’t even busy and it took forever to get my food even though I preordered it 10 minutes before I got there, and still I was missing items. How hard is it to read an order board and check the bags to make sure everything is there and correct. Fast food workers think they deserve more money, we’ll prove it and earn it…..

It’s not quick if everyone is parked all around the building and filling all the mobile pickup spots waiting on food. Last time I’ll be visiting this location. Whoever is setting these kpis needs to rethink how they are being executed.

I ordered a coffee and my girl a drink on the way home. I was told to please pull forward why they made the drinks. Ten minutes later I went inside and found that they just decided not to fill the order! The machine that makes our drinks was broken. The manager apologized and worked to make it write which I appreciated. I felt ripped off though as none of the employees made me aware. From my experience the staff here can ruin your meal!
