I went through the drive thru and this teenage girl with make up on and fake eyelashes was extremely rude….. on Jan 6, 2026 around 9pm She was on her phone and when we pulled up to the window she shut the window on us. Once she finished on her phone she opened the window and said something we couldn’t understand and then closed the window. We thought she said to pull up but since we are at the last window we didn’t know where. So I told my husband to stay there and to ask again. Not only did she NOT open the window, she made an annoyed face and did a weird motion with her finger. So I stared at her confused and I just told my husband to pull up to that reserved parking spot. I work in fast food as well, might not be as busy as mcdonald’s (which by the way was not at all busy in the drive thru when we went) but i’ve had my shares of rude customers and overall days where I didn’t want to work, but I never myself have done that to a customer……(take this from someone who has worked for years) I understand that Mcdonald’s may need employees but I don’t understand how they managed to employ someone like her….Please teach some of your employees manners. (Wanna add on that the lady we talked through the mic was extremely kind and helpful so it seems that the teenage employee was the only problem) Food was okay.

Wondering how an Oreo McFlurry is made? Mine was all vanilla ice cream with a topping of Oreo cookies. Thought the cookies were mixed throughout? Am I wrong ?

We went at the drive thru and our order took almost 10 minutes.
Staff is fast but our sandwich was ok not good not bad.

I went in to the Lobby late at night and Brody took my order. It was really sweet kind and patient and overall gave the best service I've received at McDonald's before. The manager lady there though was very loud and obnoxious. I didn't really enjoy waiting in the lobby hearing her scream in that voice that she does.
But overall my experience was good. They did forget two snack wraps but when I called back they were able to rectify the situation and help me out. Not every place is perfect but it's the service that matters to me and Brody was the GOAT!

Im so over this location. I've given several chances knowing everyone has a bad day. The service continues to get worse. It doesn't matter what shift, what day of the week. There's an issue EVERY TIME. I started using the Mobile app hoping it would mitigate issues. No. Every order i get has something wrong or missing items. Today I had a sandwich and 2 holiday pies. Give 2 breakfast burritos and 2 apple pie. I handed it back saying it was not my order. I was asked what mine was. I told her. Disappears. Asks me " its just the wrong pies? No. Its the entire order. I hand the receipt over. Thinking she can read it better than us trying to communicate over the noise. She sends another lady to the window " what's the problem" I advise again. She then calls out the wrong sandwich. I caught it and said "bagel not mcmuffin" "ah you to go spot 1 please." Waiting waiting waiting. Finally received the order. Its not just that the order is never accurate. Its also the full break down and extra delay once you say what's wrong. Fixing incorrect orders is priority in customer service. Its sure not due to lack of staff. Theres always an absurd amount of people behind the line. Maybe that's the problem. Too many hands with not enough organization. The one redeeming thing is the food is typically good quality. Hey if you don't care what's in the bag it might not be a bad experience for you. Haha. I truly hope someone above this store is paying attention to the ongoing issues. Im clearly not the only person seeing it.
