- VGVivi Gutierrez5 days ago1.0The only thing I can say is that the manager was racist. She treated us poorly and ultimately asked us to leave the restaurant because I touched a cup with my hand. I told her she could charge me for it if necessary. After she yelled at me in front of other customers, I respectfully asked her not to raise her voice and requested if I could place my order with someone else instead. Please keep in mind that she forced us to leave the restaurant. I honestly do not understand how someone like her can be placed in a management position. How do they assign individuals without the proper experience to manage a store? They should reconsider her position and ensure that someone with true professionalism takes on that role, as her behavior was not appropriate for a manager.

This location has a great staff and recommended something to try and what to add on. Will be back this location if in the area. Hopefully the other locations will meet this locations standards.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
