The district manager was so nice and tried to make this locations *many* mistakes right. I went back today and they gave me sausage instead of turkey sausage. I went back and said "sorry I can't eat pork." They took the sandwich through the window, left my view, and then tried to give it back. "It's turkey not pork." The manager insisted it was not pork but I had their turkey sausage and it was NOT like that. I asked if they could remake it to be sure and they just gave me the sandwich back. The one that they took from me and touched. Oh, and it WAS pork. Thankfully I didn't eat it to begin with.... More than once I've been shorted items. A few days after 10/31, I ordered a donut and got one that was clearly still from Halloween. So stale it was inedible. All this and then a health code violation? No thanks. I'll go anywhere else.

Super busy and Smith Valley altogether is just crazy. Their donuts seem dried up even in the morning times. Every time I go there to order the workers seem like they cannot understand me. They don’t really interact with you at the window when paying. They act clueless or they’re not paying attention. I asked for help on the app last time I visit and the guy acted like he didn’t understand me. He looked at me and ignored me. Luckily I figured out what I was trying to do and got the task done on the app. Seems like Dunkin’s have gone downhill.
