I think we might make this a yearly tradition. Less than $40 and it was absolutely amazing. I cant wait to dig in today at the party!

Want a banana split without strawberries due to an allergy - not possible. Ordered ice water with a Blizzard expecting it will be free - charged for a full price drink. Last I checked, Greenwood wasn't Europe. Ordered a Cookie Jar Blizzard last night - "we don't necessarily do that but can upcharge you." What does that even mean? It's just oreo and cookie dough. It's a Blizzard that's featured regularly and you have the ingredients year-round. Am I shocked that service is a struggle given the fact that about 10 people were working behind the counter? Yes. Will I still go? Probably. As frequently as I would had the service not been consistently trash? No. Ultimately, there are other sweet treat options all over nearby so might as well get what you want somewhere else without pushback and ownership sneaking in extra charges.

The staff was nice but the only one who actually took the time out to engage in any conversation with us was a younger girl at the front counter. The store was very spacious with seating and extremely well kept but depending on where you choose to dine, there is an area in particular that smells like an underwater aquarium which was very strong and kind of unpleasant. The service though was extremely fast though by the way.
