  Definitely Not what it used to be. 2nd time using online ordering and didn’t get the food until 35 minutes after the provided time. Servers at the to go desk kept hiding and not asking customers their order name. After standing in line for 30 minutes the individual finally asked what my order was. Food was cold and boneless wings were mostly breading with very little chicken. Very disappointing considering the cost of eating out these days!

  Food was cold. Came here once before and the food wasn't good. Go to Plainfield much much better. They weren't even busy. Five football games on and the audio was on an animated show?

  App and online ordering never works, and they won't let you pick up anything same-day when it does work. No matter what time you try to order, the app always forces you to pick up at 10:30am the next day. Can't order over the phone, as everyone who answers is super rude and unprofessional, I've even been threatened by one for trying to order a small thing of wings an hour and a half before they close.

  Waited 15 minutes for beer. I ordered 10 traditional teriyaki extra wet with no ranch and a side of tots. He brought out 10 boneless honey BBQ. Told him I wanted teriyaki. He took them and left. He then brings 6 boneless teriyaki. I stated that was wrong as well. Still no tots at this point. He finally brings out the right wings with the tots (not even a full order mind you). He then walks off. I have to flag him down to get another beer for my husband. I had to go to the host stand to get more napkins because he disappeared. I asked the host to get me the manager. The manager comes out and I explain the issues. The whole time I'm trying to tell him the food issue, the server keeps walking up to listen in. I ordered dessert and waited forever for it. Then had to wait for the bill. Now, understand I did NOT ask for anything free or to remove anything from the bill. When the server brought the bill, he stood next to the booth I was sitting in waiting for payment. When he finally walked away I went to the counter to pay the manager. The server made me HIGHLY uncomfortable. All around it was a HORRIBLE experience. This was the first time we had been in one in a few years. It will also be the last!

  Ok so being a BW2 fan this was a hard one to stomach and being a training store I expected better, unorganized staff, after ordering online I still waited 22 mins for my food..to get hard dry boneless wings , my burger was the best thing that night..never again will I do the 6 for 20 deal..
