  This was easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. We were skipped twice for a table because the host staff “couldn’t read” our name on the list. Instead of fixing the issue, they just kept seating other parties ahead of us. Completely unprofessional and frustrating. After talking to management they said people make mistakes. Once we were finally seated, our server was actually the only bright spot — friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the kitchen completely ruined the rest of the experience. The food came out cold and somehow also overcooked at the same time. Dry, tough, and clearly sitting under a heat lamp for way too long. I’m not sure how you manage to serve food that’s both cold and burnt, but they figured it out. Between the disorganized front staff and the terrible food quality, this visit was a total waste of time and money. Definitely not the standard you’d expect. This place has been going down for a while. Used to be a go to, not anymore.

  My server was KT and she was AMAZINGGGGGG!! She was so sociable, kind, and more than happy to adapt to our needs. She truly does an amazing job and you can tell she really cares about what she does and her customers. A true queen

  I’ve never walked into a restaurant before or any service industry for that matter and been instantly meet with such rude and unprofessional behavior before I even sat down I was told to quote “ move to a different table because I’m leaving soon and won’t serve u” by my sever after I was directed there I didn’t think much of it so I went to the bar area and sat at a high top table. Not even 2 mins later some older woman comes up to me probably late 50s-60 from the look of her and the first thing she says isn’t to ask for my id or anything remolely close to what she should. Completely unprompted I hadn’t even looked her direction at this point, she dead says to me in a completely condescending rude tone “what are u doing here little child” that’s the first words I hear from ur servers RIDICULOUS, she tries to play it off saying I look young I don’t say a word I just look at her with disgust after she checked my id and confirmed I was of age I said I wanted a different server to take my order and that I did not want to speak to her again. She walks away saying she will bring the manager back with her. She comes back alone 3 mins later no manager and combines to parade me with snarky remarks and insults while trying to walk me to the front desk I continue to tell her to stop speaking to me she dosent so I left me and everyone in my family will never support to stop by this restaurant or its franchise again class and common respect or care for the customers is something that’s lost here and it’s disgusting
