  My server was KT and she was AMAZINGGGGGG!! She was so sociable, kind, and more than happy to adapt to our needs. She truly does an amazing job and you can tell she really cares about what she does and her customers. A true queen

  If you don’t put a tip on the app when going in, they’re going to give you NO SAUCE on your wings and no fork, had a cash tip ready because I used a gift card. There own services fault.

  I’ve never walked into a restaurant before or any service industry for that matter and been instantly meet with such rude and unprofessional behavior before I even sat down I was told to quote “ move to a different table because I’m leaving soon and won’t serve u” by my sever after I was directed there I didn’t think much of it so I went to the bar area and sat at a high top table. Not even 2 mins later some older woman comes up to me probably late 50s-60 from the look of her and the first thing she says isn’t to ask for my id or anything remolely close to what she should. Completely unprompted I hadn’t even looked her direction at this point, she dead says to me in a completely condescending rude tone “what are u doing here little child” that’s the first words I hear from ur servers RIDICULOUS, she tries to play it off saying I look young I don’t say a word I just look at her with disgust after she checked my id and confirmed I was of age I said I wanted a different server to take my order and that I did not want to speak to her again. She walks away saying she will bring the manager back with her. She comes back alone 3 mins later no manager and combines to parade me with snarky remarks and insults while trying to walk me to the front desk I continue to tell her to stop speaking to me she dosent so I left me and everyone in my family will never support to stop by this restaurant or its franchise again class and common respect or care for the customers is something that’s lost here and it’s disgusting

  The TOGO is always decently quick, beware of door dash and Uber Eats drivers, they think they can cut in line. I quit dining in here because the service was either amazing or the opposite

  Well we come in a lot and for about a month now when we do come in the people in there are not that nice u would think if u are in the business of were your tips are your paychecks that u would be nice to the customers that pay u
