  Chain restaurants are great when you want something familiar and generally don't offer anything spectacular. However, there are occasions when you get great service or they have a special that's exceptional. In our case, our server Nikki was able to provide the atmosphere needed for a great experience. She was personable without being overly comfortable; offering suggestions and small modifications to make the dishes right for us. Bonefish, you gave a gem.

  Such a great experience! The service and the food were absolutely amazing! Our server, Amerie, was incredibly friendly and attentive, and she made a recommendation to try the bang bang shrimp which we absolutely loved. 10s all across the board, we will definitely be back!

  Love Greenwood Bonefish! Always receive great service at this location and the food and cocktails are awesome. Most recent visit was on Monday, 11-3 and Nicole took great care of all four of us. I’ve been in there often with other friends during their Social Hour, (which is the best by the way) and Siya has been the best at making cocktails and making sure we have what we need. We usually go early, so don’t have any issues getting in, but I would recommend reservations if later in evening or weekends.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tyler is an outstanding bartender and truly one of the best parts of visiting Bonefish! He always greets guests with a big smile and a great attitude, making everyone feel welcome the moment they sit down. His personality and professionalism shine through every interaction. Not only is he friendly and attentive, but his drink recommendations are always spot-on he really knows how to match the perfect cocktail to your mood. Tyler is a great asset to Bonefish, and his energy and service make every visit a great experience!

  The hubs and I had dinner after a VERY long day. We wanted dinner to go better than our day did (ya know?) As soon as our server, Jaynee (sp?) came to the table, it was like the day melted away. She was incredibly kind and helpful with the menu items and managed to make my husband laugh. Everyone loves to complain but I felt the need to compliment. I hope to go and sit with her again. She took such good care of us. She said we reminded her of her parents. I hope she sees this
