    Food wasn’t good, over priced, & service wasn’t good. We dined in for lunch and left our food waiting at the counter without bringing it to us or announcing our name.

    Very nice Arby's. Reuben sandwich had good amount of meat and curly fries were good. The person taking order was also nice.

    Ordered online and it was marked as “ready”. I went inside to get it and it wasn’t at the pickup spot and was ignored for 10 minutes even after making eye contact with the guy so I went into the drive through and waited another 15 minutes and when I got to the window they didn’t even know I was a mobile order after telling them I was and didn’t know where my food was and had to remake it

    I love the food. My problem with this particular location is they run out of things a lot! I've been there more than once and they didn't have roast beef. My other issue is the increasing cost and decreasing portions. I normally stick to the sliders now because everything is so overpriced that I can't justify ordering anything else. So, will I go there? Yes, I like the food. Do I go as often as I would if it were more cost effective? No, not even close.

    I n ordered my food and got home to find out it was wrong and have spent about 45 minutes trying to call and either get a busy signal or they pick up the phone and hang up
