Alex was a great waitress too - the kitchen accidentally made extra food and they gave it to us on the house, which was super nice. Would definitely come back to this location again.

I was pleasantly surprised to see their new lunch menu, where individual meals could be ordered, instead of having to decide on the family-style meals (which we normally ordered). We were each ordering according to our own tastes (baked ziti, ravioli, and two spicy chicken rigatoni). Each meal came with a choice of salad (mixed green or Ceasars), and garlic bread. The prices were very reasonable for the large portions we received. All four of us had to get boxes to take our leftovers home. The foods tasted very good, as normal. Our waitress seemed to be the only one working frontline for the lunch shift (they were not busy, which was unfortunate), doing the hostessing, waitressing and even delivering an order somewhere. She was very personable and efficient. She let us know that she would be leaving soon to deliver that order, but the manager would help us with whatever we needed. And he did. Very nice guy, refilled my water, got the to-go boxes and bags for us, and took care of the payment. The waitress made it back before we left, too. I would highly recommend this restaurant for lunch now especially. Our orders came out in a timely manner, making it doable for lunch hours.

We are sad that this will cause us to not go again. We have eaten at your restaurants for many years. It has been 3 years since our last visit. Your changes in recipes have not made a great product.
