I’m looking at the updated time, and my DoorDash driver has been sitting in the drive-through for 15 minutes out of nowhere, she told me that they don’t have the ingredients for my order. You mean to tell me it took 15 minutes to realize this for four items? Then, I said, I am willing to change it for something else that doesn’t require those ingredients, I was immediately told that I had to cancel my order, as someone who works at a fast food restaurant, I’m not buying that they didn’t have the ingredients to make my order. It doesn’t take 15 minutes to realize you’re out of rice, beans and guacamole. And then, instead of trying to work with me, because I paid money, they immediately said I had to cancel my order because it would take too long. Not only did you guys waste my money and time, you also wasted the time of my DoorDash driver, who drove over to Taco Bell, waiting instead of making more money for her job.
