  This restaurant was so dirty, sticky floors, slow service. Drink area was a total mess as was the floor in front of it. The entire place was like a horror movie. Food took forever and we got overcharged.

  Most disgusting arbys I have ever ate at. The fish were definitely not fresh. The fries were hard as rocks. Did not honor the fish special. Also completely out of chicken. Down right disappointing.

  Apparently Arby's no longer has the meats, it's a joke to pay this much for so little food

  My mother and I went through the drive thru and got the 4 roast beefs for $10. This was Friday, 10-10-25 at almost 8pm. We came home and was eating them, I literally almost got sick when I saw my mother pull a HAIR out of her sandwich!!! She'll be 90 on the 16th and was not happy at all!!! They young girl at the window was nice to us, but to get that in a sandwich is pretty gross!! Hairnets should be worn when you're making food!! It was a little longer piece of hair, she pulled it out of her mouth while chewing!! I don't know when we'll go back if ever do!!

  it was 8:24 on a Monday night I was the only customer in the building, there had been only 2 cars come through the drive threw, and it still took 20 mins to get my food, and the employees was very rude when I asked where my food was, they had 5 employees working so there is no reason why it took that long. the food was great but the customer service was awful.
