  I waited 20 minutes for a to go order and when I got home my burger was burnt broken. I wouldn't feed this to my dog. I went back to get a refund. I stood at the register while all the employees ignored me for a good 5 minutes until I asked for a refund talking to the air. A employee responded and got a lady who i guess was the manager. I asked for refund and she said no refund but would get me another burger. The first burnt broken burger gave me no appetite for McDonald's so I replied I don't want another burger and would rather have a refund. She replied you don't want another burger I replied no. She just smiles at me and says bye you can leave. So I asked to talk to the general manager she replied I am the general manager. So I asked her what her name was as she was not wearing a name tag. She would not tell me her name. I've worked in the food industry most of life and I have never seen a manager act so disrespectful to a customer. It's really crazy to me. What happened to the customer is always right?
