  this is a great jimmy john’s that has never done my family wrong, but you guys really need to start writing the names on the sandwhiches. It’s really annoying when you guys don’t

  They gave my mobile order to the car ahead of me in the drive through line and when I saw it happen and questioned it, the young female employee admitted that it was, in fact, the same bag of food that was just previously in the hands of another customer. Instead of offering to remake the order, the girl’s response was to point out that the chips and sandwich were both closed. I stated that it was gross to accept food from the hands of another customer, not knowing their cleanliness or lack thereof. The girl proceeded to look at me in silence for a moment until I realized the conversation was going nowhere. I proceeded to thank the employee and drove away. I will not be returning to this location considering the employees can’t even follow simple health department guidelines and then they want to disregard the customer when a concern is brought to their attention.

  My delivery is always fast and my order is always correct. The delivery driver is professional and friendly.

  They were out of sub buns! How? I had to settle for wheat bread that was ok, but not what we were hoping for.

  Great service and really good subs. Keep in mind this chain has a harder exterior in the bread which is great for subs that can cause the bread to become soggy. You don’t have that issue here. I really enjoy Jimmy John’s.
