The trash cans were overflowing, the drink station was sticky with spilt soda and the bathrooms could've definitely been touched up
- RWRonnie WigginsOct 4, 20252.0I ordered last night online went to pick it up wait over 10 minutes in line got my food and went home the food was cold and the mini taco salad was messed up it had no tomatoes or sour cream that I paid extra for so I made a complaint on there website and got a call back from Jen today saying they would remake my meal I just got home from getting the remake and the taco salad is still missing the spur cream so I called Jen she called me a lier saying she put the spur cream on there her self but she would remake it I said I would have to come back another time (the 3rd in 2 days) and ended up hanging up i will be going tot he other one in greenfield from now on

The point of that incentive is to be a better manager and train your employees to make it right the first time so there isn't food thrown out and remade constantly.
