I Usually love there subs but last Tues at horizon health there food truck messed my sandwich up so bad I had to put it in trash . That was a really expensive sandwich too Don't understand where it went wrong it's a food truck 🥺

The standards here are quite poor:
1. Often employees will touch their POS and then go to make sandwiches with the same pair of gloves.
2. I'm not certain of the reading level of the staff, NO LETTUCE is often on my receipts, yet lettuce magically appears on my sandwich.
3. I prefer delivery from Jimmy John employees, but at times they will use third-party (e.g., Uber Eats.) which I never use because of how awful the experiences have been. The most recent was I ordered a hot sub from JJ's and the driver picked it up (confirmed by manager) but didn't acknowledge the pick-up until he went to BWs to pick up another order. Delaying our delivery by almost 15 minutes.
Can't wait for my automated reply to fill out feedback on their website.

The club Lulu is my son's favorite sandwich from Jimmy John's. He would eat it every day if he could. And this visit he loved it so much he actually and 2 sandwiches. The staff was wonderfully helpful.
